In Insight Version 2.10 we have implemented:

  • Post function to add objects in other objects attribute defined in Insight custom fields.
  • Group type so you can have object responsibility to a JIRA Group and not only JIRA Users.
We have fixed a bug in the new version of JIRA ServiceDesk 2.2 portal view. So if you are using Insight with JIRA ServiceDesk, you will need to upgrade JIRA ServiceDesk to version 2.2 at the same time you are upgrading Insight.
