Upgrade notes
We normally don’t introduce new features in the Long Term Support release but rather consolidate the ones we've introduced since the last Enterprise releases. See our change log for all the features and fixes between the last LTS releases

We've removed support for:
- Oracle 12c R2
- Amazon Aurora on PostgreSQL 10
- Amazon Aurora on PostgreSQL 11
- H2 database engine
- Java 8
- Java 11

Binary installers are available again for Jira 10.3 LTS only.
We’ve unbundled:
- Java (due to the binary installers removal)

We’ve confirmed support for:
- Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server for one primary node only
