How to log in to my Atlassian cloud site for the first time

Problem

Try to log in to your site using the URL (e.g. <yourcompany>.atlassian.net) and your username (your email address).
Click Can’t log in? to get a link to reset your password.

If you need further help, refer to Atlassian login issues.

Check your email for a welcome email with the subject line “Get started on something amazing.” (If you don't see an email, check in your spam folder to see if it's in there.)
Make note of your cloud site URL or click the link to access your account.

If you still can't find an email from us, contact our billing and licensing team.
