I cannot remember the URL to my cloud site.
Resolution
I have the URL to my cloud site and email I signed up with, but I can't log in
- Try to log in to your site using the URL (e.g. <yourcompany>.atlassian.net) and your username (your email address).
- Click Can’t log in? to get a link to reset your password.

I cannot remember the URL to my cloud site
- Check your email for a welcome email with the subject line “Get started on something amazing.” (If you don't see an email, check in your spam folder to see if it's in there.)
- Make note of your cloud site URL or click the link to access your account.
If you still can't find an email from us, contact our billing and licensing team.
