Purpose

If you're one of our Jira Server or Confluence Server iOS app testers, you will be subscribed through the TestFlight app. You can choose to leave the program at any time, or turn off notifications for new beta releases.

Solution

To unsubscribe in TestFlight:

  1. On your device, open the TestFlight app.
  2. Tap Jira Server or Confluence Server in the list.
  3. Scroll down and choose Stop Testing.

This will remove you from our beta testing program.

Alternatively, if you want to remain a beta tester, but don't want to be notified every time we make a new release, you can turn off push and email notifications:

  1. On your device, open the TestFlight app.
  2. Tap Jira Server or Confluence Server in the list.
  3. Choose Notifications, and then turn off push and email notifications.

You'll still be able to access the latest beta builds, but won't be notified when a new build is available.

See https://testflight.apple.com/ for more information about TestFlight.
