Bitbucket Server 7.2 release notes
28 April 2020
Introducing Bitbucket Server and Data Center 7.2.
In this release, we've made finding specific pull requests and branches easier than ever with the following updates:
- Locate pull requests by searching for text and selecting a reviewer
- Prioritization of exact branch name matches
Locate pull requests by searching for text and selecting a reviewer
It's not productive to have to sift through a large list of pull requests in order to locate a comment you've left or to see why a change was made, so we've made it easier to find a pull request by refining your search. Quickly filter on matches to pull request titles and their descriptions by entering some text into the new search field. We've also added the option to filter by any reviewer so that you can further narrow down the list of pull requests that you've reviewed.
For information on other pull request filtering options, see Search for pull requests.
Prioritization of exact branch name matches
When searching for a branch by its name, you will now see it first in the list of results if it matches the exact name or prefix you typed in. No more scrolling through an alphabetized list of branch results that contain the text.
