Known issues with upgrade scripts not executed

Description

In a few cases when Insight has been updated, upgrade scripts haven't been executed. The cause is related to another add-on Extension for Jira Service Desk which is causing errors.

Solution

To fix this issue:

  1. Update the Extension for Jira Service Desk add-on to version 5.1.0 or later.
  2. Restart Jira.
  3. Disable and enable Insight again. This will make the upgrade script run.
