Jira Service Desk 4.13 is a Long Term Support release
This means we'll provide bug fix releases until 4.13 reaches end of life, to address critical security, stability, data integrity, and performance issues.
Get Insight for free from Atlassian Marketplace (Data Center)
With the release of Jira Service Management 4.15, we've made the Mindville's Insight - Asset Management app available to all Data Center customers. The versions 4.15 and later include this app and its capabilities out of the box, but if you're not ready to upgrade, you can download it for any earlier version of Jira Service Desk (now called Jira Service Management) Data Center for free.
Getting started with Insight
To get the app, install the latest version from the Atlassian Marketplace. You won't need an app license, as we'll recognize your Data Center license. We also recommend that you upgrade the Universal Plugin Manager (UPM) to the latest version, we've made some updates to make it work better with these free apps.

What about Server?
If you’re a server customer and already have Insight - Asset Management, you can continue to renew your license. If you’ve never used this app before, you’ll need to upgrade to Data Center.
