Upgrade notes

We normally don’t introduce new features in the Long Term Support release but rather consolidate the ones we've introduced since the last Enterprise releases. See our change log for all the features and fixes between the last LTS releases. Learn more

 End of support announcements

In this release, we've ended support for:

  • Microsoft Edge Legacy

Also, in Jira Service Management 4.19, we've removed support for PostgreSQL 9.6. Make sure to migrate to the latest supported version of PostgreSQL before upgrading Jira. See Upgrading from PostgreSQL 9.6 to PostgreSQL 12.
